Big double room in Brixton
Our flatmate is leaving towards the end of May and we’re looking for someone new to join us.
The room:
Big double room fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is space to put your own furniture as well. The room has direct access to our back garden.
The house/location:
We have 3 bedrooms in our flat. Shared rooms are the kitchen, living room and bathroom. We are very close to both Brixton tube station and Loughborough Junction Station. The house is located in a quiet cup-de-sac and there is free parking as well as a bike shed in a gated courtyard. Opposite the house is a small park and you can see the horses out and about at he end of our small road almost daily.
The flatmates:
You will be sharing with 2 flatmates. We have Catia, who is Portuguese, and she enjoys cooking and lazy Sundays. I’m German and I love travelling, reading and catching up with friends. Catia has lived here since 2021 and I moved in 2020. As we’re both in our 40s we’re looking for someone slightly older – 30 and up.
The important stuff:
Rent: £939 per month without bills
Bills: between £100-150 depending on the season
Our flatmate will be moving around the 25th May, so we’re looking for someone from the 26th onwards.
