The common areas (kitchen, lounge & laundry space on the ground floor) are shared as is the cleaning of these areas.
The house also has a garden, washing machine, wifi etc. to use. It is set in a quiet, residential,
tree-lined road in North Finchley, close to the High Street- shops, cafes, restaurants, a couple of small parks and transport (Woodside Park tube, 12 mins and North Finchley bus station, 10 mins)
Please note that there is a cat.
We are both double jabbed and Covid aware.
We have a rota cleaning system for the shared area (living room, staircase, hallway and kitchen)
The room is ready for viewing, but only available to move in from 19th July. We are happy to do online viewing on What’s app or with zoom if necessary.
