Leyton room for rent near to stations
I am a single man with children, who visit from time to time, but do not stay overnight. I would like to adhere to Covid-safe rules for the near future.
The room has two windows overlooking the front of the house. The room catches the sun more in the evening. I am planning to have a double bed and single wardrobe, plus an armchair, but you there is room for a small table if you want to bring that with you.
The house is a terraced Edwardian house, with well-equipped kitchen including hob and oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. Door out to the garden – garden has acrylic grass and is tidy, but is nice to sit out in the morning for a tea or coffee.
Good bus and train access into London.
I am not the tidiest person all of the time but I would like someone who is tidy themselves, to inspire me! I keep myself to myself mainly but don’t mind a chat.
