Flat is on the fifth floor of a modern build with good facilities and furnishings. There is a large open plan lounge and kitchen, complete with dining area and table. The kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven and washing machine. There is a balcony across the full length of the lounge so having outside space is a real advantage in the summer.
The flat is in a great location, just off Mare Street. London Fields train station is about 5 to 10 minutes walk or Hackney Central overground station (Stratford to Richmond/Clapham Junction line).
About me; I am European, Guardian reader, cyclist, enjoy a cooked breakfast and going over weekend papers, preference for radio listening to TV watching.
Cultural outings include cinema, plays, exhibitions and travel.
I work for the NHS, dealing with data mostly. Tend to go to bed earlier to read before calling it a night. not a natural early riser but tend to get up early.
Socialising happens outside (to enjoy a peaceful environment at home), lots of venues around, cafes, pubs & restaurants, Picturehouse cinema etc…
The room would suit someone who is looking for a quiet and very clean environment, who is considerate and respectful.
Will consider Monday to Friday (as a London base) and longer term. Weekly/monthly rent would be reviewed to reflect shorter week.
