Some flexibility around price as personality match is important, but I’m generally only in town a few days a week.
The flat is in a lovely period building (old warehouse) on the ground floor ( step free) with its own garden. Its about 15 minutes walk to three tube stations; Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith &City/Circle), White City (Central) and Kensal Green (Bakerloo and overground). There is a bus stop close by with buses going into the West End and South Kensington. There are a couple of small parks close by and Holland Park is about 20 mins walk. Portobello Road about 5 minutes walk if you like markets! Big and small supermarkets, doctors surgery etc within a short walk
There is one large shared bathroom in the flat and two double bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are shared and there is a really nice garden. TV and broadband as standard
