There are extensive beautifully maintained gardens and there is a health and leisure club with gym, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and tennis court as well as a bar.
You would find both of us friendly when in but there will be oftentimes when you could enjoy the shared areas to yourself.
Regarding transport, the nearest station is DLR at Woolwich which is a short bus ride away. QE cross rail will be similar distance soon. It’s a longer bus ride to North Greenwich tube where you are under 10 minutes to London Bridge. Mainline station at Blackheath Zone 3 is 10 minutes away off peak traffic but longer peak times. Eltham is 10 minutes Zone 4. A 2 minute walk gets you acres of ancient woodland. Winkworth will be the managing agent
