I am looking for up to 2 persons (1 per room) to share my beautiful, bright, modern flat with all new furniture and fittings.
The flat is situated in landscaped gardens and I have two rooms to let: a newly Furnished Large Double Room with King size bed and lots of storage available for long term flat share and a similar but smaller room
My Home is located in Leytonstone E London (seconds from the Tube) with excellent transport links to City (17mins) and West End (20 mins). Zone2/ 3 Central line and Overground.
There are great bus and train services too. There is free off street parking and we are within walking distance of local Sainsbury, Tesco and other high street outlets!
I am very clean person, have a great sense of humour but respect other’s privacy and space. You should be employed, a non-smoker and looking for a home share rather than a house share
The rent is inclusive of bills and is £650.00 for the LARGE double and £500 for the smaller room
