Landlord is Male (34) professional working in office 9-6ish but WFH with approx 1 day a week every now and then. Interest in history, countryside, occasional pub and gaming. I’m a fairly relaxed chap so looking for someone nice and considerate. Basically ideally would have someone to call it a home from home for a few days a week, but happy to be realistic about this. I’d prefer my lodger not to have people over except by prior arrangement but I wouldn’t object it happening now and then if they were nice and considerate.
Private room with some storage (chest of drawers and option for part use of a wardrobe. The room would be yours during the week and there is storage space, etc (I have cleared drawers and can clear some wardrobe space for a few things). Welcome to leave a bit of stuff behind during the week.
I will need access to room on weekends as I have some stuff in the other drawers/stored under the bed. I may also have the odd friend/family member stay over at weekends but would ensure the room was kept tidy and clean linen was on the bed afterwards, etc so as not to inconvenience you.
Flat has new electrics, heating, double glazing, sitting room, kitchen and separate shower bathroom and WC. Virgin Wifi.
