Double room available in a 2 bed flat in a lovely Arts & Crafts house in Hampstead. 12 x 9 ft. Built in wardrobe, book cupboard and ensuite washroom with sink and loo. Shared shower (in 2nd bathroom), large living / dining room and garden. Sharing with easy-going female owner (51) and friendly dog, mini schnauzer, and on occasional weeks, a couple of cats. I work from home 9 to 5 most days. Hampstead Heath & Golders Hill Park are just up the road (7 min walk).
Good transport links: 15 minute walk to Hampstead or a short bus ride Finchley Road, Golders Green & West Hampstead tube / trains. Bus stop is 2 minutes from here with buses to central London.
Will also consider a Monday to Friday let (with reduction in rent).
