FINAL INTERVIEWS THIS WEEKEND (31 july/1 aug)
Four professionals looking for a kind and fun individual to replace our lovely flatmate who is running away back to Australia.
The room is a large airy and bright double room. Built-in wardrobes provided plenty of storage while the soft carpet provides a luxurious feel after hours partying in the local pubs and bars of Shoreditch. The room is not furnished but the current tenant is willing to sell her bedroom furniture.
The flat itself is a large 3000 square foot apartment (reminiscent of those New York residences we’re all jealous of) split over two floors. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: the bathroom closest to the advertised room is unbelievably beautiful (seriously you could, and we have, spend hours in that bath). The downstairs is an open-plan living room kitchen space with plenty of room for activities, all the usual appliances and we have a cleaner that comes once a week.
The other tenants are aged between 33-45 and are all professionals: two work in education, one is a dentist, and the fourth runs a non-profit.
We are looking for a female within the same age range, as three of the four remaining tenants are male, but we are open to the right person.
We pride ourselves on building a community that enjoys spending time together over a dinner party or streaming netflix on the projector: we’d hope to invite someone into our home who would enjoy the same.
This is currently a three-month let until the end of the contract. We are hoping to stay another year, and we would hope that you will too.
Rent is £1,030pm with an additional £100 to cover all bills (cleaner, council tax, electricity, gas, etc).
We are holding viewings in the next 10 days to the end July.
