Quiet room overlooking the patio garden. Highbury is a charming leafy area just north of Islington. Full- time rental at £900.00. Happy to do M-F for £750 per month inclusive and can pre-arrange to stay over the weekend at small extra charge of £20 per night.
There is a comfortable small ( 4 ft) double bed for single occupancy. Fully furnished and linens provided.
Share kitchen, bathroom and living room with me and 2 large friendly cats. Must love cats!.
I’m semi -retired but I maintain a workshop in Holborn to which I go several times a week and teach on Saturdays.
I’m a late riser so you’d have the kitchen and bathroom to yourself in the mornings.
I love to have a quiet safe environment to live in. Am looking for a mature professional female who likes to share a glass of wine once in a while but happily independent as well.
The flat is 8 minutes walk to Arsenal tube Station on the Piccadilly line. Drayton Park takes you into Old Street and Moorgate. Highbury and Islington and Finsbury Park are approx 15 -20minute walk away. Number 4 and 19 buses are close by too.
The flat is very close to Highbury Barn where there is an array of cafes and shops. Highbury Fields and Clissold Park are beautiful green spaces nearby.
