I’m looking for a lovely female flatmate to rent a room in my flat. The flat is large and spacious with a sunny living roombig sit-down kitchen and garden. It’s situated on a quiet leafy street – so quiet kids play on it in the summer! – and has free parking. It’s about 7 mins walk to West Norwood train station – where trains go to London Bridge and Victoria as well as lots of South London destinations. And it’s a 5 minute walk to the bus stop with frequent buses to BrixtonClaphamHerne HillEuston etc. Rent is £500 per month inc. bills and council tax. 1 month’s deposit and references required.
