The flat offers excellent accommodation with high ceilings, light and airy rooms. Newly decorated and well maintained with Italian furniture and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom and bespoke furniture in the single room. The single room is the only room that has a complete BLACKOUT blind. The room is very quiet located at the back of the flat away from the main road. The flat is at the 3rd and top floor of the building.
It is quite safe when you come back at night as bus N137 from Marble Arch to Crystal Palace stops right in front of the apartments. Added safety is a CCTV system inside the court.
The flat is situated within 10 minute walk or few minutes bus to Streatham Hill Train station. Bus 417 is right outside the flat and takes you straight to Clapham Common tube station or you can change on Streatham Hill road and go to Brixton tube station.
Streatham Hill train station has got an excellent connection with Clapham Junction 10 minutes, where you can get the train to Gatwick Airport, and with Victoria Station 18 minutes.
The night bus N137 from Marble Arch to Crystal Palace stops right outside the court.
Please note that the pictures were taken before we changed the windows. We have now new double glazed windows in every room. The lounge and the other bedroom are under redecoration. That is why the “Use of lounge” is marked as “No” at the moment. The lounge will be available to use as soon as ready.
Please note that the flat is at the 3rd floor and there is no lift in the building.
