The closest tube (northern line) is South Wimbledon station which is 5 mins walk slow pace. Tube takes under 30 mins to Central London. Saying this its in a quiet residential area.
The flat is 2 mins walk from major bus links to Wimbledon Central, Tooting Broadway, Kingston (219, 131, 57, 152, 200), or 15mins walk into Wimbledon. 35 minutes walk slow pace to wimbledon hill. Amazing pubs and park on Wimbledon hill.
All bills are included. there is super fast broadband / wifi, as well as talk talk cable TV package. There is also Netflix which the tenant can use. The kitchen is fully kitted with mod cons. The tenant can have full access to the kitchen and all the stuff within.
I am hoping to flat share with someone clean, tidy and quiet to consider this their home. I prefer a professional female.
