Im away for the majority of the time so whoever rents this ‘room’ will basically have sole use of the entire flat for the majority of the time. My current tenant has extremely large furniture in the room and works from home, but it is a large and bright. I’m looking for a clean and tidy person. Someone who’s looking to have a home. All the bills are included except the water. There is parking, the tube, northern line, is five minute walk from the flat and takes about 20 mins to get into the centre of London. Muswell Hill is a ten minute walk and Hampstead a twenty minute walk. There are excellent transport links by tube and bus. It’s green and quiet with an excellent high street with everything you need plus a very lovely cinema! It’s in a small secure block with intercom access.
