Our house is a townhouse in the popular village of Marshfield Cardiff. The village is in a rural location with excellent bus services to Newport and Cardiff and a short distance from the M4 at Junction 28.
The room is a double bedroom with patio doors to the garden decking and seating area. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, television and work desk all newly furnished. The occupant has sole use of their own kitchen and shower room.
The kitchen has been newly furnished with a fridge/freezer, sink, microwave combination oven, single induction hob, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin and shower with plenty of storage.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer that will be shared by the household.
