I am a casting director for commercials/music video/fashion etc and relocated here about 5 years ago after living in LA and London most of my professional life. I still work from home but go up and down to London occasionally for meetings/castinghs. I am happy to share the rest of the house with my lodger and all I ask is the normal respect and happiness to contribute to daily tasks such as the rubbish and keeping your room clean. My dog Tuppence is a cavapoo and incredibly gentle. Your room is naturally be out of bounds to her.
Your room and your own private wc with sink, is reached via your own staircase. The bathroom has both walk-in shower and a deep roll-top bath with it’s own shower.
The house has masses of character and space and is just a super cool place to live.
