Well connected Penthouse flat.
I’m looking for a lodger for my empty spare room in my lovely modern flat in Mitcham. Lovely wrap around balcony with beautiful sunset views. Slap bang on top of the tram stop. A very short hop to Wimbledon and the district line .up the road from Tooting /Colliers Wood and the northern line. I work in Paddington and Hammersmith , long hours for the NHS so am not around in the day. tI like to cook in the evening and would be open to convivial sharing of meals. I’m very active, and rarely sitting around in the living room. I mostly get around on one of my two bikes, and enjoy cycling at the weekend. I’m also learning photography and often out and about with my camera. The room is lovely. Fully furnished with a tv and an enormous built in wardrobe You’d have pretty much sole use of the bathroom as I have an en suite. Very happy to consider short term lets for people just landing in London and looking for somewhere or part week lets with pro rata rent. Oh. And yes. That is a cat on the window ledge of the bedroom. I have two cats, sort of by accident, and their company is fully included in the rent.
