Looking for a Professional (or Student) female to rent a large, bright, furnished, double room in an Art Deco house. The room is on the first floor of the house and is large and bright with plenty of wardrobe space. Kitchen and bathroom, on first floor, are shared with one existing female lodger (Romanian, Accountant). For your information, we are just near the A3 and there is a K1 bus that passes nearby that goes to New Malden Station in one direction and Kingston centre in the other. There are also 213 & 265 bus stops nearby. We are located in between 4 train stations (Malden Manor, New Malden, Motspur Park & Worcester Park). All trains take you into central London and you can also change at Wimbledon for the tube. There is also an X26 bus that stops nearby that can take you to Heathrow Airport or East Croydon in the other direction where you can take the train to Gatwick.
