A small bright room in NR2
I have a small but clean and comfortable room to let out in the Golden Triangle area of Norwich. This would include all bills. I live with my daughter and a female lodger and we are a relaxed, friendly and welcoming household who would like a quiet, open minded housemate; someone that is independent but friendly.
I am qualified as an English teacher but currently work as a cover supervisor in a secondary school, whilst our lodger works as a waitress and my daughter is at school. Thus, we are a fairly busy household… In my spare time I like to read, tidy, listen to the radio, go to gigs and meet with friends.
It would be lovely for my daughter and I to have someone to chat with and eat the occasional meal with but we are all fairly self contained here, so you would not feel obliged to socialise all of the time!
You will have use of the bathroom (with bath with shower) that is near the room, a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a garden and shared lounge/dining room.
We have a house cat and the delightful Eaton Park and Heigham Park are on our doorstep, along with a variety of shops, pubs, cafes and take aways on Unthank and Recreation Road. We don’t mind a smoker, as long as you smoke outside the back door.
