We have a spacious garden and a garden shed to store bikes
Easy access to all Oxford hospitals and Brookes university. Off the road parking, for 2 cars plus bus stop outside (no 10 and no U5)
Non smokers only, suitable for mature person, this is a quiet easy going home. Not suitable for couples – friends can stay over occasionally or stay for short holiday
We live next to a main road so may not be suitable for pets
Rent £500 PCM plus additional shared bills (£100-£120 each per month includes council tax, gas electricity and water etc) so total cost including all bills is approx £620 PCM
Available from April 2021
