DESCRIPTION

Beautiful grade 2 listed 18th century cottage in area of outstanding natural beauty, 100 yards from gastro pub in Skirmett. The house is located 6 miles from Henley, 7 miles Marlow and 8 miles from High Wickham. It is also only 4 miles from the M40. The landlord and his wife live upstairs some of the year. The tenant would have use of the entire ground floor including their own private bathroom and shared kitchen, diningroom. Also complete and free use of outdoor space. The ideal candidate would be someone who would look after the home and is fully employed. We would be interested in a reduction in rent in exchange for some light garden maintenance if it suited the tenant. We are a semi retired couple who spend time abroad and are not always there. Pets are welcome so long as the they are house trained etc. Bills would be shared
