DESCRIPTION

I currently live in a 3 bed semi-detached house in Creekmoor, an ideal location to travel to Poole & Bournemouth. The house was all newly refurbished at the start of this year in neutral tones.

The house has one double bedroom (2.6m x 2.5m) as well as a single bedroom which are both available to the tenant. The double room includes a large chest of drawers if wanted and I am happy to source a double bed if needed. The single room could be used as a dressing room, snug, office or a spare room for a guest of yours. Both rooms overlook the garden. The house has a large kitchen/dining room and a good size lounge with patio doors leading out into the garden. It has one bathroom with a shower over the bath and a private parking space on the driveway. Council Tax Band C and very fast wifi! I’m afraid no pets are allowed.

I’m a wedding photographer so I have flexible working hours and work both from home and away on shoots. I love being sociable, exploring outdoors, swimming in the sea, travel, chilling in the evening with Netflix or out somewhere with a G&T. I would love to find a housemate who would enjoy socialising together as well as having our own space.
