Double glazing. I still hear the road sweeper once a month at 5.30am though, but only if if needs to reverse to have a second go at heavy debris (the beeper goes off).

The Planning Department allowed 26 apartments to be built, with only 13 parking spaces so, unfortunately, I can’t offer on site parking. A permit for the Council car park at the back of the building is £300 per year, and allows you to park in all Wyre Borough Council car parks.
The landlord’s mortgage/insurance does not allow letting to housing benefit tenants.
