I have a lovely spare bedroom available for a lodger, either a professional or a post grad student, 40+ years, who likes quiet, calm surroundings. It’s in a recently renovated 2-story apartment in an 18th C former stately home, now a longstanding co-housing community between Sheffield and Rotherham. I’m a single woman with 2 cats. You’d have your own bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room. There’s a baby grand piano. The building also has communal rooms downstairs such as a small gym, and laundry room and 22 acres of lovely grounds. Off street parking. There is one bathroom and separate WC but I’m not someone who spends a lot of time in either. I don’t eat a lot of meat mainly fish. A creative person, at home I spend time sewing, reading, doing pilates/dance, walking, plying the piano…
