Ultra convenient location in a side street, literally two minutes’ walk from shops, buses, banks, cafes, restaurants, takeaways, and under 5 mins walk to the seafront and Warrior Square railway station.
This is a no smoking house.
The room is south facing and very bright, with a tall sash window and white furniture. There is a view of the sea across the rooftops. The sun streams in!
It is spacious (13ft x 12ft) clean, nicely decorated, and not too overfilled. It is furnished with:
New 3ft gaslift storage bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, built in tall cupboard with shelves, black leather recliner chair and matching footstool.
There is also a folding chair; a padded storage box/seat, wall cubes each side of bed, a clip-on lamp; a mirror over the fireplace and a blackout roller blind.
Room is on the 2nd floor. Right outside is a small “breakfast area” on the landing with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and storage.
On the same floor is a bathroom with bath, shower, WC, basin, storage cupboard and shelf space.
The kitchenette and bathroom are shared with one other clean and tidy person.
On the 1st floor there is another WC with basin, and access out to a flat-roof south-facing suntrap terrace with seating.
On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, freezer, microwave, iron/board, a patio garden and a conservatory/dining room.
References are essential.
We have a set of house rules to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.
Rent is £100 per week, £400 per 4-week month or £433 per calendar month. Rent is inclusive of all bills and fibre Wifi throughout.
Deposit is £400 which is returnable when you leave, as per usual practice.
Possibility of a rent reduction in return for housework.
No objection to a child/friend etc staying over now and again.
