Hello, this is a lovely, detached house, tucked away at the top of a cul9 de sac with a railway line running nearby. The location is central for quick access to Sevenoaks town, railway station, M25 and many amenities/local shops and cafés – a five minute walk to a large Tesco.
I work part-time and am friendly, respectful and keep a clean house, looking for the same in a lodger. The room is spacious, equipped with a double bed, an excellent, extensive range of wardrobes and shelving, bedside cabinets, a TV, as well as an ensuite, own fridge and washing machine. It is important to me that the room is kept reasonably tidy and thoroughly cleaned once a week. The room is on the ground floor, off the kitchen.
No overnight guests in the room. There is a fully furnished, single bedroom with private bathroom which may be available at an agreed price for occasional, overnight guests.
Mon – Friday at reduced rent may be considered.
