Rent and bills included equals £600.
I am looking for a female house mate, im offering a double room, its sort of 2 rooms in one, they are joined by a door, its spacious.
You can use anything else in the house aswell, lounge, kitchen, dining room, TV etc, garden/driveway for parking.
I do have a 12 year old border collie who is nice and quiet, he just follows me around or sleeps.
Myself, im 36, I would say im quiet and keep myself to myself, i wont bother you, im friendly, easy to talk to, im looking for someone similar, someone tidy and clean, i dont have many people round so you wont get disturbed.
The total number for rent/bills is £600, that’s for half of rent, council tax, gas and electricity, tv and Internet and the water bill.
There is already a bed and wardrobes/draws in the rooms if needed.
Large drive to park on.
