Lovely double room in a safe and quiet apartment in a fantastic location. Just off Solihull High street and on a pedestrianised street leading into the park. Unique situation as we are offering a reduced price rent for the right person who can offer upto five hours of companionship per week to my mum. She is very weak and immobile after having severe life threatening covid and spending four months in hospital. She now has a live-in carer looking after her and we are hoping to rent the spare room to someone friendly and independent who can enjoy living with two very welcoming women but still have their own privacy and independence. The live in carer meets all of my mum’s care needs and looks after her constantly but if she goes to the gym or shops there is the occasional hour or two where we would like the tenant to just be with my mum to watch TV or chat together. She and her carer are both very easygoing and friendly and it’s a lovely flat to live in.
