I have available a huge ensuite light bedroom in a peaceful rural location. The room is very large and currently comes furnished with Double bed and metal bed frame as well as other bedroom furniture. The shower is amazing and powerful, and the room comes with a walk in wardrobe and other large wardrobe. The views from the bedroom are lovely and rural.
The property consists of a large living room, large dining room and large farmhouse kitchen. There is also a beautiful conservatory with suitable furniture (photos to follow).
There are two utitlity rooms available, washer and dryer. 2 large Fridge freezers and an additional chest freezer.
The dining room has a record player and large selection of records.
There is currently a full Sky package which i have given notice on, but could renew if someone is prepared to split the cost. There is also a multi room connection in the available bedroom if you wished to carry on the contract.
Outside there is a large country garden on three sides of the house and small bantam chickens run free in the garden.
There is a large middle paddock and then a huge one acre paddock linked on to this. Roaming free are more chickens, ducks, turkeys and geese. Its fair to say you can help yourself to eggs. An interest in animals would be beneficial as sometimes i am not back from work to lock them away.
There is a large storage container with various tools and work bench for any budding DIY enthusiast. And two other sheds.
I almost forgot There is a loft conversion with a playstation 4 in all hooked up.
As for me well i am 43 and work locally as a Police Officer. So i work shifts which is generally 6 days on and 4 off, with a mixture of days, lates and nights. I have two sons that come to stay with me on my rest days, they are aged 10 and 11 and they are good boys.
My ideal housemate would be a very easy going, cheerful, peaceful person.
But i would also consider a professional couple (bills would need to be adjusted).
Or maybe even another single parent who’s kids stay on an occassional basis only.
The location of the property is rural and there are only a few properties here, many farms. The outside space is vast and great for parties and gatherings. The surrounding area us amazing for country walks and you rarely see a person when you walk.
The location is also convenient for Wells, Street and Glastonbury. And its a 30 minute drive to Bridgwater (M5) and Taunton.
The overall rent may seem quite high but i promise you will be amazed at what you get for your money. And that price is fully inclusive of All bills, Rent, Water, Electric, Council Tax, Oil, Internet, House Insurance. There is a large drive area suitable for multiple cars.
In the conservatory there is a very good running machine, punch bag and weights.
