Hi, im Mel. I am a professional, self employed 41 yr old female and share my home with my Lurcher dog Sully. I often have a further dog to stay over as part of my pet services business, so it is essential that my new housemate is a dog lover!
I will consider a Mon to Fri let (£100pw) aswell as someone full time.
I am looking for someone friendly, reliable, tidy and who will be respectful of my home. Smokers will be considered, but smoking will be restricted to the outdoor areas.
My home is a semi detached property, located within a very quiet cul de sac within the lovely village of Netley Abbey.
The room is fully furnished with an ottoman bed, double wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Bathroom and kitchen areas would be shared. Parking is also available.
The location has easy access to public transport, being a few mins walk from Netley train station with direct lines to both Southampton and Portsmouth and also regular buses running through the village.
Ideal location for contractors working withing the local areas.
