This room is £550 per calendar month.
Finally I have small double / single room still very spacious furnished with a wardrobe, chest of draws and a tv unit.
This room is £500 per calendar month.
Use of the main bathroom that has a toilet, basin, bath with a over head shower. Large Kitchen / Diner, allocated cupboard, fridge and freezer space. Access to downstairs toilet, clock-room and Rear Garden with picnic bench.
All bills are included. Super fast broadband.
Contract with state 3 months minimum – 12 months maximum, A deposit of 1 months rent is required to reserve the room and this is payable providing on return the room is left clean and there are no damages,
1 month notice is required from the 1st of the month (on the next rent payable date) and after the minimum 3 month period.
There is off road parking on a drive way.
There are two friendly cats who also live in the property.
