Hello!
I live in a beautiful town house in Steyning, 5 minutes walk from the high street and am looking for someone to rent a furnished, double room, that would suit someone clean, tidy and self-reliant.
Iโm a friendly and easygoing 42 year old who gets on with most people, although it certainly isnโt a โparty houseโ! Iโm self-employed and work from home so am around during the day.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared, but there is a second reception room if youโre someone who likes their own space.
Iโm currently looking after a dog, Teddy, so youโll need to be OK with pets. Smokers are fine as long as youโre happy to do so outside.
All bills are included.
