This is a terraced house in a quiet street opposite a park the accomodation comprises the third floor of a top floor conversion, with open views at the back. The kitchen and dinning area are light and airy with ample. Storage space including a large fridge and freezer there are excellent transport links with buses and Mordenunderground station a short bus ride. Cheam station is a 10 minute walk with trains to Victoria and London Bridge. Most of the time there is just me but there can be regular visits from family and grandchildren which any lodger is always welcome to join! The house is clean and tidy (mostly) there is a largeSW facing garden, always available for use.. I have hadlodgers for many years and enjoy their company, but also happy with my own, so we usually have a relaxed relationship of equals.
