We’d like a third female to share this beautiful large flat in a converted manor house – (so has a rural feel while 20 mins walk to the local Spar) There is a double room to rent here on the edge of Totnes £350 pcm (and bills approx £70-90 pcm), with attractive amenities, including a communal garden at front, an apple orchard and private garden at the back with summerhouse and raised beds and off road parking. It’s me and my other female housemate, who is a teacher – I’m a creative professional working from home. We are both positive and laid back types (quite Totnessy, but not fully floaty!) and would like to find a kindred soul who is young at heart enjoys the odd night out, film nights, the arts and crafts, music, organic cooking and laughter as well as chilled out, respecting peace and quiet. We’re looking for preferably a professional person who works out of the home, to share our lovely space.
