Hi there,

I’m on the hunt for a new flatmate to take the spare room in my flat.

About the flat: The flat is on the ground floor but is really secure with a locked gated entrance. It is situated on a quiet residential street and comprises 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, loft and outdoor patio area.

Transport links: The flat is really well connected for transport links. It’s a minute’s walk to Haydons Road Station which has the Thameslink running through it (so ideal for commuting to the city), it’s a 15 minute walk to Wimbledon (district line and overground) and a 20 minute walk to Colliers Wood (northern line). Alternatively, the 200 bus stops very near to the flat and can take you to Colliers Wood or Wimbledon (and beyond!)

The room: The room is a small double but has ample storage space with built-in wardrobes. Furniture already in the room includes a double bed and chest of drawers with room to put in a bedside unit and extra chest of drawers/storage unit.

A bit about me: I work full time in the city as a legal PA. I’m friendly, sociable, considerate and tidy. Happy to chat and catch up over a glass of wine (or a cup of tea!), but equally also like my own space.

Costs: The rent for the room is £620 pcm and the deposit is £537.50. Bills currently come in at around £120pcm which covers gas & electric, water, TV licence, council tax and TalkTalk faster fibre broadband.
