We are easy going, friendly professionals looking for a fellow professional to rent our spare room.

The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen diner/living space, with large dining table and chairs, sofa, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Garden, shed and utility room with toilet, washing machine and sink.

The second floor consists of the large bathroom, with bath and shower, lounge with corner sofa and TV. The bedroom for rent is next to the large bathroom. This bathroom would be for the Lodger’s sole occupancy.

The room available contains a double bed with capacity for under bed storage. It also contains 2 chests of drawers and a triple wardrobe, so affords plenty of storage space.

Our bedrooms are on the top floor with an en suite in one bedroom which we will share.

We have two friendly cats so any lodger would need to like cats and not be allergic.

We are in the process of organising a second television and new sofa for the ground floor Living area, which will afford the lodger a separate living space to relax in.
