We back directly onto the forest so the air is clean, the light is beautiful and the pace of life feels completely different to the rest of the city. Yet we’re minutes from everything.

A generous double room, fully furnished with a king size bed, widescreen TV, chest of drawers and garment rails. Light, comfortable and private. The shared bathroom was fully renovated in 2025.
I work from home — I’m a creative building a handmade home accessories brand — so the house is calm and purposeful during the day. I’m sociable but completely respectful of privacy and independence. I occasionally look after dogs so you’ll need to love them.

Woodford and Highams Park stations both 15–20 minutes on foot. South Woodford within easy walking distance for supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need day to day.
A newly renovated gym is 3 minutes walk from the house. The forest is on the doorstep for walks, runs or just somewhere to think. Woodford Green itself is quiet, friendly and genuinely special — the kind of place you move to and wonder why you didn’t find it sooner.
