Public transportation is available to the city. Greenwood Lake has a public beach. Lovely Warwick just 15 minutes away. Lovely home with lots of peace and tranquility a nice place to relax. Full kitchen comes with a furnished bedroom if you like or bring your own, T.V. is in the bedroom and living room with cable and Wi-Fi internet. The best part is the view of the lake and the openness of the house with high ceilings and modern design. Grocery store 10 minutes away, Greenwood Lake village 5 minutes away. I am the homeowner, older female looking to share my home with someone with a similar lifestyle. I am sometimes away for a week at a time on a monthly basis. I have a large room upstairs where I have my office and a sitting area with a T.V. and my private bathroom. We would share the common area, and bathroom downstairs. I have a small dog a Yorkie, so no pets and I feed the feral cats. No smoking cigarettes in the house, outside is O.K. Rent includes all utilities and internet and cable.
