Lovely room in the heart of Leigh-on-Sea.
We are Alex and Coco and we would love you to come and live with us! We are very friendly, quiet, calm and respectful. We are looking for a working professional to live with us. Some details about us and the house:
– I (Alex) am a professional working from home two-three days a week. Coco is my 13 y/o tabby cat. I am 39 and work in London in publishing and am also training in psychotherapy. I am sociable and would be happy to hang out. I like music, film, sea swimming and lots more!
– The house has a driveway and a sunny garden. It is a lovely, light and airy property in a quiet area.
– Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area.
– The available room contains a king-size bed and two chests of drawers. Bedding is provided.
– All bills included.
– 15 minutes walk to Chalkwell station, 25 minutes walk to Leigh station and very close to a bus stop. It is a very easy commute into London from here, with most trains calling at West Ham, Limehouse and Fenchurch Street.
– Very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The Broadway is a 5 minute walk away. There are some really nice bars and restaurants nearby – I would be happy to recommend places if you’re new to the area.
