Room for rent in

East Grinstead

I have a really comfortable double room to rent in a terrace house in East Grinstead (which is beautiful!)
the room has everything you need, own large TV, large cupboards and drawers, central heating and really fast broadband! ( this is a really a quiet place with no traffic noise at all!!)
House is in a very quiet off-road position with your own private parking plus the use of small garden and patio, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, ( no dishwasher, that you have to do yourself by hand! lol) you have a comfortable lounge with dining table with great tv and speakers,
The bathroom has a powerful pump shower in a good size bath. ( I use the shower mainly!)
So, our house has double glazing throughout central heating (for our cold drab winters!) and very fast broadband with Netflix, prime I player etc on the TV! basically, everything you need!.( plus a maid comes in once a week to do your bedding and house.)

I am really easy going guy, non-smoker who works long hours during the week so out all day, simple pastimes, got an e-bike, like walking, plays Backgammon( if you play that’s a plus!) reads a lot and love my music! all sorts.

Am looking to share with someone who is first and foremost Honest sensible, tidy but not excessive! with a bit of fun in them! ( if you are a depressive please don’t ring!)
If you are a couple reading this the rent goes up to 700 a month.

It is important that we speak on the phone first.
