Introducing Cohabitas
Cohabitas takes a more mature attitude to house sharing. Our users are a community of like-minded, friendly, over 35 year olds (minimum registration age) and are full of life, offering each other sharing tips and advice about house sharing. Our members appreciate the importance of finding the right people to live with, not just finding a place to live.
Our members are home owners with a spare room to rent out, people who prefer not to live alone, people who through circumstance find themselves alone, and mature professionals looking for a room near their work.

Advertise a room to rent
If you are a live-in landlord or a lead tenant with a spare room and you simply want to advertise the room, then please register. It is free to add a listing, allowing users to find and view your listing within a geographical area, as well as by price and by housemate age group.
Premium membership options are available.
Newsletters
We have over 15,000 members subscribed to our newsletter list. We use this list to send two newsletters each month to landlords with rooms for rent (looking for tenants and lodgers), and for 'housemates' looking for a room in a house or flat share or in a new co-living place.
The list is not for sale but we can include you in emails we send or send emails on your behalf if the content is relevant.

Guest posts
Add a story to our News & Inspiration section. The guest posty must be relevant to our over 40's house share audience.
The story will remain in the news section unless you ask us to remove it and can contain up to two follow links.
If you would like it featured on the home page for 1 month, then that costs an additional £400.
