Free Premium membership for parents with children

If you are a parent with a child (under 16) looking for a room in a shared house or flat (a housemate), then finding a suitable house share is quite tricky. One of the best solutions is to find other mums and dads in a similar situation to ‘buddy-up’ and create a new house share.

At the same time, many house shares are for younger people or professionals and these are usually not a suitable home for children.

To help housemates with a child find other parents in a similar situation, and to provide a little extra help when looking for a room, we are offering a free one month Premium membership to all housemates with a child registering on the site.

Premium membership allows any user to contact you, as well as for you to contact any other user using our private messaging platform. It allows live-in landlords with a spare room or rooms, as well as other parents with a child to contact you, so it should assist you in finding a ‘buddy-up’ or a room with an older live-in landlord able to offer a suitable home.
