This is a large room in my family home, now thew children have all flown the nest. The room has a double bed and large built in storage area. There is plenty of room for your own sofa and TV as well for privacy.
My house is very rural with plenty of parking on a private drive and surrounded by fields and the countryside. The room, itself has lovely views over fields.
You will have sole use of the family Bathroom which has a bath and shower. This room is not en-suite, but will only be used by you.
Although the property is rural, there is a Bus stop 100yds away with an hourly service to both Lyme Regis and Axminster. The bus links directly to the rail network in Axminster and there is a direct line to London and Exeter.
You can walk into Axminster in 20 minutes if you prefer.
I work full time as a Nurse and would like a tidy housemate to share my home with. You will welcome to share the Kitchen and Lounge.
