St James Street for the nightlife. 20 min walk.
Bus stop directly outside for train station and town centre.
Smoking is ok in your room or outside, not in shared areas.
One room ( pictured) is on basement level with a 4 ft small double bed, big desk space, drawers, your own hallway with hanging rail and deep storage shelf, an en suite with shower and an enclosed private patio, all for your own use.
Its a great space if you like privacy or doing a little bit of gardening in pots etc.
Other room (upstairs) has a single bed with shelving and storage and matching wardrobe in vintage teak. A desk. Lovely view over rooftops to the sea.
It’s own bathroom with bath and separate toilet for own use.

I work away from home part time, and at festivals in summer. so i am looking for responsible clean and tidy lodgers. Please note this is a lodger agreement not a tenancy

I like to be sociable and share meals or a film with the people living here, but equally come home totally worn out needing to relax.
I always inform my lodgers when I am going to have visitors.
Any visitors you have must be by request in advance, so we all know if someone else is going to be here.
Bills included and this includes house cleaner for shared areas and bathrooms. + Netflix account share.
