We have a spare room that we have been renting for the past 2 years. Our current lodger is moving out due to work relocation. We live near the BBC, just off Whiteladies Rd, easy walking distance of the university and the city centre.
It is a family home, although that said, our son is at university so he’s only back in the holidays. Your room is on the top floor and while he is away you have the bathroom to yourself.
It’s a furnished double room at the back of the house which overlooks our garden. The bed pulls out to make a double when/if needed. Please ignore the tea chest in the room as that is no longer there!
We are both working professionals, I’m a designer and my husband works at a local school.
Shared kitchen and dining facilities as pictured and also a shared lounge area at the end of the kitchen, all of which you are able to use.
