DESCRIPTION

We are a family with 2 teenage kids and a cat living in the Clifton area of Bristol. The room is an eaves-style room on the top floor, next to the study, TV room (available for use), sauna (available for use) and shower room (for your use). We tend to use the TV Room & sauna/showeroom once a week, otherwise the whole floor is largely private. The room has a bed that can be single or double, with a double futon, TV, desk & chair, chest of drawers and bookcase. Happy for you to have the occasional overnight guest. Shared kitchen and dining facilities. Understand need for flexibility in relationship with tenants and always look to help out where we can.
