Sorry. This is now let. Can’t find how to remove the lsiting! I am looking for one person to share my home with. Haven’t shared for many years so hoping to find a good fit! I work from home so it would be nice to share with someone who wants a bit of interaction, not just being in their room. Nothing too intense or demanding, just companiable and easy. It is a four bedroom house so I have a couple of rooms to choose from. Could be the loft (self contained inc. ensuite, kitchenette, walk in wardrobe) or a double with bathroom next door. The choice of room to be agreed subject to your budget and schedule (to avoid clashing in bathroom/kitchen or waking each other up). The right fit is more important as I haven’t shared for a long time so I’m sensitive to the adjustment! I am into the outdoors, gardening, yoga, meditation, swimming in the Heath and films. If you have a cat, I may be open to that. If you are co-parenting, there is an additional small room where your child can stay in when it’s your turn. I’m offering 6 months initially, perhaps longer (I’m considering selling the house)
If you are not familiar with the area, East Finchley/Muswell Hill is one of the most sought after areas in London. It is very popular with London academics, artists, designers, musicians and writers and is full of parks. This is a particularly lovely street, with ancient woodland and a park at the bottom of street (Cherry Tree Wood) , Highgate Wood and Queens Wood, 15 min walk; Waterlow Park; Kenwood House and Hampstead Heath are a couple of miles away.
The area also has a wonderful village feel and has local amenities in East Finchley and Muswell Hill, with independent cinemas, restaurants, cafes, gyms, swimming pools, all within walking distance.
