My house is in Battersea Park, SW11 5BY next to Queenstown Road station. It has five newly renovated double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. I only rent the rooms on a single occupancy basis so there are never more than 5 people in total living in the house at any one time.
Currently, two rooms are available.
Communal areas include a spacious kitchen where tenants enjoy hanging out in, as well as a living room area. There is also a large garden with a paved area where you can eat (or sunbath weather permitting) and outside storage where you can safely store a bike.
The atmosphere is very homely, friendly, and quiet.
The place is kept in an immaculate condition and it is a home to all who live there. I employ a cleaner who comes once a week to clean the communal areas of the house.
I have attached some pictures to give you an impression (I took these on my iPhone so they are not very professional!) and let me know what you think.
