1 double room  3,2 meter by 2,6 meter with share bathroom with a share sitting room share kitchen.  Iandlord is only home 2 nights a month using the share bathroom with this room  I prefer a relaxed house mates not noisy and no party’s clean and considerable to all . The flat is very clean and house mates will have to keep it clean or we can share the cost off a cleaner once a week or every second week.
Water is on a meter and  cost is  shared electricity is on a meter and is  shard . The  Council tax to share . WiFi  to share The flat is close to Tescos for food shopping and lots off restaurants and pubs and Battersea Park is across the road and trainstations is Battersea Park Station 7 min walk and Queens town Road Station 5 min walk The new Northern line underground to open soon its 12 min walk to the  Battersea Park underground station. There is lots off busses 2 min walk . The Battersea Park is across the road 5 min walk
